Off-topic- How to deal with toxic people in your life be it only in your work or daily life?

In our daily life, we go through a lot of people. We meet, talk, laugh & sometimes fight & argue. Whether it is in our work life or daily life. We all can move on & ignore the people whom we feel bothering us. But some unique people are also there who can make your life hell & you can't ignore them. Do we need to just shut up and let them be as bossy as they are? Or do we need to change the gear to fourth? Let's try to elucidate it.

From my experience, I have seen a lot of people who are too bossy & make others' lives hell. Sometimes you can ignore but are you able to let go of it all the time? I have seen as well that kind of person who can just easily take and shut up but never could send it back to the person. Hence, the bossy got more dominant, and the victim became weaker than the toxic people. Unfortunately, from that matter, they took advantage and the victim has to suffer for a lifetime. Honestly, in this bloody world, if you show someone your weakness they will try to eat you out like a shark. They will attack you deliberately to your weak point. And you only can suffer and keep patience. But is there any solution to get rid of such toxic people? Yes, there are some ways to rise against hate. First and foremost, focus on the better things, I would say the best things. Just keep in your mind that I was born to fly. I was made to do bigger things. Such people just can bark and doesn't worth my friendship. Secondly, just gets better each time. Betterment is the only way to uplift yourself and your position. If you still be the same I would say wake up and shut your mouth off by evolving yourself. If your boss is always irritated then don't give him the chance to point out the same mistake. You improve immediately. Lastly, if you are suffering everything just because of money and the current job matters a lot to you. Then I would say, try to take a risk and give them one or two weeks' notice that you are leaving this job. Cause at the end of the day what matters most is happiness and peace. If you are not bothered by these and money comes first as a priority then thanks boss you are a true survivor. You can survive even in hell.

~ P.S.: these solutions are only for work life.
